Sydney Website Dev is not a big agency with a sales team and a queue. It's me, Guneet, building every site by hand, here in Sydney. When you hire me, you deal with the person actually doing the work.
Why I do it this way
Most small businesses get one of two things: an expensive agency that treats them like a small fish, or a cheap template site that looks like everyone else's and runs slow. I wanted to offer a third option, proper, hand-built websites at a fair price, from someone you can actually talk to.
So every site I make is written by hand. No Wix, no Squarespace, no page builders dragging in code you don't need. That means your site is faster, cleaner and built to do exactly one job: bring you customers.
I also think you should see the work before you pay for it. That's why I build your demo first, for free. If it's not right, you walk away and it hasn't cost you a cent. If it is right, we finish it and you go live, usually within five business days.
And when it's done, it's yours. The site, the code, the domain, the lot. No lock-in, no holding anything hostage. That's the way I'd want to be treated, so that's how I work.

Hand-coded, always
No page builders, no bloat. Every line is written for your site, which is why it loads fast and behaves itself.
You see it before you pay
The demo is free, and it comes first. No deposit changes hands until you've looked at your real site and said yes to it.
You keep everything
Site, code, domain and content, all yours. No lock-in, and no platform you can't walk away from later on.
You deal with me, not a rep
The person who answers your email is the person building your site. One point of contact, the whole way through.
Honest, plain pricing
A clear quote up front, no padded hours and no nasty surprises on the invoice. If something needs to change, you hear about it first.
