Tonnarelli, pecorino romano, fresh-cracked black pepper. The original three ingredients.

Fresh clams, garlic, white wine, parsley, a splash of chilli. Served with grilled bread.

Slow-cooked beef and pork, San Marzano, red wine. Wide ribbons of egg pasta, three hours simmered.

Hand-folded ricotta tortellini, parmesan broth. Served like nonna meant it.

Our story

A trattoria, not a chain.

FOUNDER NAME opened the doors in YEAR with a wood table, two pasta machines, and a recipe book from Bologna. The dining room seats twenty-four. The counter seats six more. Everything is made in-house, every morning. We do not freeze, we do not microwave, and we do not deliver.
